Google has managed to make its artificial intelligence machine capable of finding specific objects within a video or set of videos.
The engineers of the search giant have unveiled a new tool capable of analyzing the content of videos and finding certain objects.
The tool, Cloud Video Intelligence API, is available only to developers in a closed beta and in the testing phase. Although, you can get a list of results that show where relevant objects appear in the video, according to the search terms.
"Within the video content can even provide contextual understanding of when these entities appear," Google said in a statement.
It is an API that uses deep learning models, such as TensorFlow, which allows developers to find and discover video content, providing information with nouns such as 'dog' or 'human', punctuates the company.
This API is designed for large media organizations and consumer technology companies that want to build media catalogs or control content in a multitude of sources, for example, detecting when a video or a set of them shows something that is relevant to them .
